Cancellation policies vary depending on the package and booking date. Generally, cancellations made 30 days before the travel date receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before receive 50% refund, and cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable. Please check the specific terms and conditions for your booked package.
For domestic tours, you need a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). For international tours, you need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, visa (if required), travel insurance, and flight tickets. Additional documents may be required for specific destinations.
Yes, we offer customized tour packages tailored to your specific needs and preferences. You can modify accommodations, add or remove destinations, change travel dates, and include special activities. Contact our travel consultants who will help you create the perfect itinerary within your budget.
We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. You can also pay in installments for select packages. A booking confirmation requires an initial deposit, with the remaining balance due before the travel date as per the payment schedule.

Tour package prices typically include accommodation, meals (as specified), transportation during the tour, guide services, and entry fees to attractions mentioned in the itinerary. Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and tips are usually excluded unless specifically mentioned.
